Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. We understand that unexpected emergencies or illnesses may arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an unforeseen emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to our cancellation policy may be made at our sole discretion. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment to reserve future appointments. I can accommodate a late arrival if my schedule allows, though I may have to shorten the service to ensure the next client is not delayed.
