I specialize in lymphatic-focused bodywork, taking a holistic approach that considers the body's interconnected systems. My treatments integrate lymphatic techniques with complementary bodywork when appropriate, with an emphasis on lymphatic function, nervous system regulation, and rest and repair. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, cared for, and supported throughout your wellness journey. Please allow additional time for your appointment. Consultation and assessment are separate from your hands-on treatment time, with recommendations provided afterward when appropriate. Referrals Aruka clients may refer a new guest, and youâll both receive $50 toward a treatment. Please provide 48 hoursâ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hoursâ notice will be charged 50%; same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100%.
Emergencies and illness may be considered individually. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment.
